This kit installs easily, and works pretty well. I probably need to narrow my bed extender a bit more, b/c it tends to get caught on the adjustment knobs when flipping, but it just rubs a small amount so no big deal. My only nitpick about this item is that it's a bit "unfinished" looking (rough edges on the ends could have been smoothed out to make it look nicer), and it stands out in a black line-x'd truck bed with a black bed extender, since it's bright silver. I've considered spraying it with the cheap black bed liner spray you can get an any auto parts store to make it match and look more OEM. Bottom line, it does it's job and allows me to use my bed extender with a tonneau cover. It should work for nearly any tonneau cover, not just Truxedos, (I use it with a BakFlip, which is not even a Truxedo product).

I installed this on my 08.5 Nissan Titan with Utilitrack. It works as advertised, and was a snap to install. I bought the Truxedo kit above, even though I had another companies Tonneau on my truck, and there were no clearance isssues.
