Just right for my needs.Heavy duty construction with lots of room. The rhino liner makes it very durable. At first the lid would open on it's own while driving but after an adjustment with the catch it stays shut now.Needs to be bolted down to the truck bed or it will move around while driving.

For the most part I am pleased with the item. It is good quality and looks great. BUT, it took 2 shipments to get the item. Each time the packaging was seriously inadequate. It was packaged in a simple cardboard wrapper which was punctured and torn off each time it was received. The first shipment was refused by me as it was rec'd. with the toolbox dented and scraped as most of the packaging had been torn off. The second shipment packaging was also torn and punctured. Again there were a couple of scrapes and dings in the toolbox, but I decided to go ahead and keep it. I was anxious to receive the item, but was very frustrated with lack of attention given to the shipping of an item that is very bulky and hard to handle.
