Customer service was below average, not knowledgeable about the order. This tool box is a good buy for the money. Fits good in the bed, but it functions better on the passenger side of the bed. The only drawback was receiving the tool box, it arrived 3 weeks later. Also, they didn't provide a tracking number until 2 1/2 weeks in. Would not buy from this company again.
