Rugged Ridge 15104.28 30000lb XHD Recovery Gear Kit - fair price $138 with free shipping. Opened shipping carton, product box looks old and worn, like it's a re-pack. The items do not look "new" as stated on the Amazon website. Found one item in the kit broken, the carrying strap for the bag. I have advised Amazon, waiting for a response.
