They are lightweight but very strong and durable, and have no sharp edges that could scratch or damage your floor. The large, solid bottom that won't sink or slide on level surfaces: including dirt, sand, grass or asphalt.

I've used it on my new Mustang, my rather low Mazda 3 and my F-150 and the ramps are amazing I wish I had coughed up the $ for them along time ago!

I don't trust metal ramps or jack stands. Call me paranoid. These things are solid (I've had two people stand on them and jump up and down and when the car was up on them I've jumped in the car and bounced around violently) and they don't budge a bit. I think it would be near impossible for them to collapse. They seem very well made (made in the US, which makes a change).

These ramps work great - I've got an '87 BMW 325i which is quite low to the ground and I'm a big guy but these gave me more than enough clearance to work comfortably under the car for a few hours.

The only con I can see is the price - far more expensive than standard metal ramps. However, I think the Race Ramps more than make up for this with their light weight. I can easily carry both on one arm and store them in a (admittedly large) cupboard on a high shelf. Also, what price do you put on safety?

Plus, they look cool.

I bought these so that I can do my own oil changes and other underbody work on my MKVI GTI. The product is very solid and I feel extremely safe working under the car while using these ramps. My car is a bit low so I feel like I should have purchased the longer ramps that have a smaller incline but that is my fault. The ramps are light weight which makes them easy to use and store. The grip on the ramps is solid, however, make sure that when driving up the ramps front of the car is not touching the ramp surface as I could see this scratching the paint. All around this product is great.
