Comment: Easy to install and has a factory installed look. Tip for easy install without scratching your paint: loosen the two bolts holding the factory handle first to allow some play when inserting Pop & Lock under factory handle.

Summary: Tacoma Pop & Lock 2007-01-21
Comment: I purchased this item along with a Bak Flip folding tonneau cover for my Toyota Pick-up. It was shipped the next day, and I received it in 4 days.
It was quick and easy to install, looks like original equipment, and with the tonneau cover, locks everything in the back of my pickup out of sight. I am very pleased with the overall result.

Comment: Fits great. Toyota does not offer a "stock" tailgate lock so I got this one. Funny thing is 5 months after getting this one from Amazon, Toyota now lists it (the Pop&Lock) as a Dealer installed option. If Toyota is using it,I guess it is as good as there is. Very happy with the fit and it looks stock. Easy install with the correct tools. It took me about 1/2 hour total.
