This was delivered ups, after installing on my truck one could see a dent on the cover, but reteun policy looked difficult, but the box functions ok. After going back and looking at other reviews I saw similiar cases. I assume that either the packaging of the aluminum diamong plate tool box is inadequate or this is how the company is getting rid of their scracth and dent products

The unit arrived with small dents and one corner bent. Packed only in a single sheet of cardboard. If you need one buy it at a store where you can check it first. I needed the unit when it arrived, otherwise I would have refused it.
