I received the order yesterday. It is not as pictured. It was damaged and it did not contain keys. The damage was due to no packing material. The box wasn't even sealed, just had 3 plastic straps around it. In fact I think it is possible that it was already a return. The kicker here is that I have to cart it off to UPS to return it. So "Returns Are Easy" is a lie. You better think twice about ordering this item or any item like it.
